K-0515 (general-purpose flat sealant) is a single-component, thixotropic viscosity, general-purpose anaerobic flat sealant. This product solidifies between two closely matched metal surfaces and is isolated from air.
Product advantages:

Main purposes:
It is used for plane sealing with small flange deformation during work, and the filling gap is 0.50mm. It is especially suitable for rigid gear boxes and drive axles with large bearing capacity.

Instructions for Use:
1. Remove surface bumps, burrs and residual gaskets of parts and remove oil stains.
2. Glue on one side to form a continuous closed glue trace (around the screw hole is also processed).
3. Align and close the screws to avoid misalignment.
4. Stand for 30 to 60 minutes for positioning and cure for 4 to 6 hours.

K-0515 packed with 50ml hose and 300ml hard tube.

K-0515 is stored in the temperature range of 15 ~ 28℃, and the storage period can be up to 12 months.
