Product Introduction:
K-587 Blue Adhesive without gaskets is a single-component room-temperature curing sealant synthesized with silicone rubber as the main raw material. It cures quickly at room temperature; it has good thixotropy, does not flow, does not corrode or pollute components; it has excellent air, water, and oil sealing properties; it has excellent electrical insulation performance and aging resistance; it has good temperature resistance; it is flexible, has high elongation, and can replace all gaskets.

 
Applicable Scope:
Sealing and shock absorption for mid-to-high-end cars, sedans, motorcycles, marine engines, water pumps, manifolds, valve covers, oil pans, gearboxes, thermostats, internal combustion engines, etc. Also used for static sealing in metal products, machinery, electronics, and chemical equipment.

Drying time: 10～30min (room temperature)
Depth of sulfidation: 1～2mm/day
Working Temperature: -60～+280℃

Shelf Life: Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, up to 12 months.
 
Usage Method:
Wipe off any moisture and oil from the sealing areas; apply the adhesive evenly to the mating surfaces or threads; allow to dry at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes; close the sealing surfaces and tighten the bolts for assembly.
 
Notes:
After use, tighten the rubber cap to maintain the seal; do not ingest, and keep away from children.
