About hair removal issues
Dear, did you find that the toy is shedding hair after receiving it? Please don't worry, the plush toy itself does not shed hair.
Because it's a new product, there might be some loose hairs and filling fibers.
After you receive it, pat it a few times, shake it a few times, and the loose hair will be removed.
About the size issue
All the items are measured in real size, and the plush toys are soft with some error (about 3 cm).
About the packaging issue
We use professional fluff-removing instruments to empty and pack the products. Most of the products are default without individual packaging because the volume of the plush toys is relatively large. Only after emptying can they be better protected during transportation. Therefore, when you receive the product, it may be slightly smaller or have some creases than described. Please don't be surprised, as this is a normal phenomenon. Just shake it a few times, expose it to the sun for half an hour, and it will immediately recover!
