 The reflective heat transfer film has a special texture. This product must be used with a computer engraving machine and heat transfer machine. The processing method is very convenient, and it is not limited by the color or material of the cloth. As long as it is cloth, it can be transferred. After transfer, it has excellent color fastness to washing and adhesive strength. This product has characteristics such as non-stick cloth and no pressure marks. 4. Usage Instructions:

1. Engraving: Use a engraving machine to cut into the required shape, peel off the adhesive film outside the pattern, and the cutting depth should be 10-30 UM to cut into the underlying film. The optimal pressure is 160-170GF to form reflective silver or colored images.
2. Placement: When using, remove the plastic protective film or the white release paper from the back of the hot transfer film, and place the rough side of the reflective transfer pattern (the side with the pattern) onto the position where the pattern should be on the substrate.

3, Heat: Attach a thin cotton cloth to the heating area of the heat transfer machine, and then heat the cotton cloth.

4. Transfer: The pressure of the heat transfer machine is 4 kilograms. Please ensure that the work surface is level and the temperature of the heat transfer board is consistent with the displayed temperature. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the temperature of the heat transfer board is uniform. The transfer temperature and time should be determined according to the melting point of hot melt adhesive and the fabric. Usually, 150°C and 15 seconds are used.

5. Peel the film: After the transfer, the reflective film must be coldly peeled off the PET film. Press the cloth with your hand and tear the film parallel at 180 degrees.

6. We have made a lot of efforts to solve the sticking problem of our reflective film. Common types of cloth (tested with 20 different types of cloth) will not show any sticking or pressing marks after hot pressing.

Note:

If the fabric has elasticity, it is necessary to preheat the fabric first before performing the above operations.
For customers with high durability requirements: 1. You can increase the pressure and extend the pressing time. 2. After pressing on the front, immediately press on the back for 3-4 seconds or bake it once in the oven, then cool and peel it off.
If the fabric or filling cannot withstand a pressing temperature of 150 degrees and 15 seconds, it is necessary to lower the temperature and extend the time to achieve the desired effect.
If the adhesive part separates after peeling off, it may be caused by the hot transfer glue not drying completely. Please continue to bake at low temperature to dry the hot transfer glue. If the reflective surface has a speckled appearance, it can be smoothed with a cloth.
After 24-48 hours, the durability can be tested. (The quality of durability is mainly related to the glue).

To avoid damaging the surface reflective layer and resulting in waste, the material cannot be bent or vertically placed during handling. When rolled, the radius cannot be too small!

Maintenance Guide:
Recommend using neutral detergent for hand washing, do not use hot water above 60℃, and avoid soaking for a long time.
Not recommended for machine drying, prohibited from dry cleaning and bleaching.
