We have been working hard to find high-quality suppliers, and although we cannot make you spend 5 yuan to buy something worth 50 yuan, we have been working hard to improve the cost performance of our products as much as possible, striving to achieve 'goods at a low price', because the batch of suppliers is different, so there will be slight errors, and we hope that you will forgive us.

Product Quality Issues

Due to our bulk purchases from the factory, in order to improve our work efficiency, we adopt a random inspection method for the goods we receive, ensuring that the bulk of our products are qualified. Of course, there may also be some products with quality issues, which is unavoidable. We hope you can understand this. If you encounter any quality issues, please contact our after-sales staff in time, and we will handle your situation appropriately according to your situation.

Are all the items listed available for purchase?

The products we have on the shelf are all in stock. Due to our large order volume, many buyers come in bulk, which often leads to stock shortages. If we encounter stock shortages when you make a purchase, our warehouse staff will contact you in time. If we send you products that are out of stock, you can contact our customer service staff to apply for a refund after receiving the goods.

About colors and styles

We have two scenarios: 'Optional Styles (Optional Colors)' and 'Random Shipping'. For 'Optional Styles (Optional Colors)' we will mark the styles and colors on the page for you to choose. 'Random Shipping' will also be noted in the description, please check carefully. Regarding 'Random Shipping': We will try our best to meet your requirements, but often the manufacturers ship mixed, with styles and colors not fixed, so some of our products are shipped randomly. Please understand!

Product Error Problem

Due to the reasons of the baby's shooting angle, distance, and lighting, there will be visual errors. These subjective deviations are inevitable. Since the measurement is done by hand, there will also be some errors in the baby's size, with an error of about 2 centimeters. We hope you can understand.

About the shipping issue

Due to our large shipment volume, we will arrange the shipment in sequence within 48 hours (based on the time of the printing of the shipping label). The delivery time may vary due to distance, weather, and different operational procedures of the courier companies (such as delays or losses caused by the peak season of online sales, overloaded courier companies, we hope that everyone understands and we will make appropriate arrangements)!
About Fragile Items
Due to the damage caused by the transportation process, small items will be refunded, and no replacement will be provided. We hope you will understand!

About the issue of sending the wrong problem

Due to our thousands of products, sometimes the warehouse staff may send the wrong products. If you encounter such a situation, please contact our customer service staff in time, and we will properly help you handle it. Our products are basically without profit. For small items, we will directly refund the processing, and we will not send it again.

About the issue of negative or mixed reviews

No matter whether you encounter service or product quality issues, as long as you contact our after-sales service, we will take the initiative and objectively help you solve the problem. Leaving a negative or neutral review will not be beneficial to either party. We hope to keep every friend who likes the morning dream wholesale and solve your actual problems to improve our service level. We hope that every customer will have a pleasant online shopping experience at “Ai Du Craft”. At the same time, we also refuse the visit of “bad review teachers”, who use “negative or neutral reviews” to threaten us to refund or send gifts, we will firmly resist.

About the price
All products in our store do not include shipping fees, are not negotiable, and do not allow partial payments. Due to the fluctuation of raw material costs or market supply and demand, the prices of all goods may sometimes decrease or increase. Therefore, the company's policy is to use the price at the time of the order as the final sales price. If the price drops after the order is placed, we will not refund the difference. If the price increases, the customer does not need to make an additional payment to us. All prices are final and will only be executed at the new price when the next order is placed. We hope you understand and thank you!
