III. About Returns and Exchanges

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

For buyers who return defective or damaged items, we will reimburse them 5 yuan for the courier fee. Any excess fee must be borne by the buyer. For wholesale customers who have been purchasing for a long time, they can accumulate a certain number of items and return them through logistics consignment. 3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
