★ Shipping instructions: Our store defaults to Yunda Express delivery. If Shunfeng is required, please contact customer service. In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, items usually arrive the next day; in other regions, delivery takes 3 to 5 days (depending on the shipping company’s schedule). Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 17:00 will be shipped on the same day. On promotional days, items are shipped according to the payment order.
★ Basic knowledge about figurines:
1. All model toys are hand-painted, and some minor imperfections are inevitable; there is no absolute perfection. Please refrain from purchasing if you have concerns!
2. If the product becomes deformed due to pressure, cannot stand upright, or has tight interfaces that make installation difficult, you can soften it with hot water and then adjust the installation manually.
3. If the product sticks to the paint, you can use a cotton swab dipped in essential oil or nail remover to gently wipe it off; this usually resolves the issue.
4. Due to the special material of the product, it will become brittle in winter. There is a chance of damage during shipping. Please check the goods before signing for delivery.
5. If the model breaks or loses adhesion, apply 502 glue to the area where adhesion has lost, and it will generally bond back together.
