1.May I ask if all of your products are in stock?

Most of our products are sold in stock, and if the quantity is large, it will take some time to produce and ship. Small quantities can generally meet the requirements for same-day shipping. However, please ensure that you communicate well with the customer service about the quantity, product color, to avoid any unnecessary losses.

2.Excuse me, do you make custom products?

We undertake custom products, as long as you inform us of the design drawings and dimensions, we will provide a quote and the delivery date as soon as possible.

3.Excuse me, do you include shipping in the price?

All our quotes do not include shipping fees. Please let us know the logistics or courier method you prefer so we can arrange it for you.

4.May I return the item for a refund?

Because all of our products are custom-made (including the combination of ribbons), we generally do not offer refunds unless there is a serious quality issue that affects the product.
