For large consignments, please inform customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. This will enable you to pick up the goods at the shortest time and the nearest location. We solemnly declare that both express delivery and logistics are beyond our control. Please do not use the service attitude and the time it takes for delivery as the basis for our evaluation.
04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.
After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the product does not meet your expectations due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, or not meeting your expectations, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.
