All quotations of our company do not include freight, and samples are sent to express delivery, and the cost is borne by the buyer; The freight is paid by the buyer when the bulk goods are delivered. If the goods are returned or exchanged due to quality problems, it is our responsibility. We shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4. About out-of-stock and out-of-stock:
Due to the large variety of fabrics and colors, the popular colors will change every year, and our products will enter and exit faster. At the same time, in order to avoid overstocking, we will control the quantity of production Stock. If you need a large order, please contact us in advance, we will do a good job in production and stock up in time (generally it takes about 15 days). Please understand. If a product or a color is out of stock or out of stock, we will contact you in time. Sometimes some colors that are not hot-selling are out of stock, we will remove them from the shelf. If you need fabrics that have been removed from the shelf, you can replenish them, but those with less meters will not replenish them. Sorry!!

5. Payment method
Generally, Alipay can also be used to guarantee transactions when payment is delivered.

6. About customization as request
Because the popular colors of fabrics are changing all the time, we may not have all new colors. Therefore, our company provides the business of "sample-to-order". We will pay 30% deposit first and then start to produce large goods. After the large goods are produced, we will send samples for confirmation first. After confirmation, we will pay in full and deliver the goods after receiving the payment.

7. About color difference:
As we all know-the printing and dyeing process of cloth is very complicated, and it is inevitable that there will be cylinder inspection (the same color, but it is not dyed by the same cylinder, and there will be a little deviation in color), poor (a little color difference in some special cases dyed by the same cylinder cloth).
