About Returns and Exchanges

Quality issue return operation (we bear the shipping costs):

Within 7 days of receiving the goods, provide photos of any quality issues and negotiate with the customer service team. After reaching an agreement, send the product back to the company. When returning the item, make sure to write your order number and the reason for the return on a piece of paper, as well as the specific quality issue area, to facilitate the warehouse's unpacking and confirmation. We do not accept returns with a cash-on-delivery (COD) option.
