About Logistics

2. Logistics: Freight charges are generally collected upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can help you choose a more suitable one.
About shipping
1. Customer orders: Orders placed before 17:00 daily are generally shipped the same day. However, during weekends, public holidays, or periods of staff shortages, the shipping cycle may be delayed. Please understand.
Wholesale customers: Orders placed under the condition of sufficient stock will be arranged to be sent within 1-2 working days. For bulk orders, a separate arrangement will be made for the shipping schedule.
About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
About Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large. The above return of the buyer should bear the return freight. If the goods are free shipping, the shipping cost at the time of our shipment will be deducted. If the sale of the goods is not ideal, customers who want to return the goods can recover the products based on the new basis at 4-7 discounts.
2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% falls within the disclaimer range. If there are any products that cannot be sold afterwards, they can be returned to us for exchange through customer service. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
About the issue of sub-contracting:
1. If you apply for a return due to no quality problem, the shipping fee we paid will be deducted.
2. If there are quality issues such as product damage or inability to use normally, the costs for return and exchange should be shared between both parties. If the problem can be solved by sending missing accessories or just by sending replacement parts, the shipping costs should be borne by the distributor, and we will bear the costs for the accessories and their packing.
3. If the distributor fails to fully understand the product and is unable to handle after-sales issues effectively, and the product sent back for testing turns out to be undamaged, the shipping costs will also be borne by the distributor.
4. All returned goods must be registered with customer service before applying for a refund. We will handle the registration here.
