1. About MOQ
all toys are based on the MoQ noted on the website! General products can be ordered at least in one box. Some products need five or even ten boxes to be ordered. We will also inform you during the negotiation! Our company does not mixed batch supported or retail, each style is ordered by box!
II. About sample fee
if the stall or foreign trade company must need sample confirmation, the sample fee will be charged at double rate. If the sample fee is less than 50 yuan, the sample fee will be charged at 50 yuan. If you place an order, the sample fee will be returned according to the order situation. Please negotiate with us for details. The Express fee is paid on arrival.)
III. Product quotation
our website directly reports the ex-factory price (that is, ex factory, no invoice, no shipping fee, no any fee). For foreign customers, we will on behalf of the consignor, and the customer can specify logistics/freight/Express, etc, freight collect.
IV. Collection method:
payment Method: payment to delivery (1. Bank remittance; 2. Payment with Alipay is limited to "Instant Payment") if the order takes a certain period of time to produce, 30% deposit will be paid first, and the balance will be paid one day before shipment.
V. Delivery time
after receiving the customer's payment or deposit, our company will prepare the goods, which usually takes about 1-3 days. Because orders need to be prepared (some of them need to be produced), please be sure to order in advance according to the actual situation, so as not to prevent our company from arranging in urgent need, which will affect the customer's business development. After the goods are prepared, they will be shipped according to the transportation method confirmed by the customer and our customer service staff. VI. Receiving standards:
1. After receiving the goods, the buyer should carefully check the goods in front of the logistics company personnel.
