5. Ceramic products are fragile, and each box will have a wooden frame. Generally, one box of goods costs 500 yuan! Each box is charged at 5 yuan for wooden frame fees!

6. The shipment order is arranged according to the payment schedule of the order, generally within 3 working days after payment. The actual shipment time of the order that day is subject to the commitment of online customer service. If you have not received the goods after more than 7 days from the logistics shipment time, please contact us, excluding remote areas!

7. If you need to notify us of a stockout before shipping, please specify it when making the purchase. Otherwise, we will not accept it as a reason for a return or a refusal to sign. By default, we will refund the actual amount of the stockout after receiving the goods.

8. We assume 50% responsibility for damage caused by transportation, and the damaged items will be replaced with new stock when the next shipment arrives. However, no refunds will be made; if you need the replacement to be sent immediately, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
