1. About the size of plush toys:
Firstly, plush toys have some differences due to the elasticity of the workmanship and the fabric itself, but it will not affect the overall beauty and harmony. We measure plush toys based on the largest dimensions, and the measurement method varies from person to person. An error of 2-5 centimeters is normal, so please understand.
2. About the color difference issue with plush toys:
All the goods in our store are 100% photographed from the actual items, and we strive to maintain consistency with the actual items. However, due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be slight color differences. The final color should be determined by the actual item.
3. About the problem of plush toy packaging:
All bulk product packaging is done using professional fluff emptying machines, and the contents are packaged in transparent bags. The outer packaging is in thick nylon bags. Since the fluffy toys are quite large in size, only by vacuum-sealing the transportation can better protect the products and save shipping costs. Therefore, when you receive the product that is slightly smaller or has folds than described, please do not be surprised, as this is a normal phenomenon. After you open it, shake it a few times, and expose it to the sun for a few hours, it will immediately return to its original state. For small-quantity products, the default packaging is in transparent bags for the contents and regular delivery bags for the outer packaging. 4. About the exchange and return policy for plush toys:
We do not offer a seven-day unreasonable return policy. All products in our store are strictly quality-controlled before shipment to ensure that the products you receive are qualified. Please confirm the receipt of the product as soon as possible. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products sold unless there is a quality issue!
5. About the shipping of plush toys:
The default shipping method for our products is China Post. If you need to specify a different courier service or if you are shipping in bulk, please contact our online customer service.
