Price and Payment Instructions:

1. Please refer to the listed prices on Ali's website for our product quotes. All quotes are factory prices and do not include shipping fees, tax, or any other charges. All payments must be made in RMB. If you need FOB or CIF prices, please contact our customer service.

3. This store is wholesale-oriented with low profit margins. All transactions are completed upon receipt of payment and the goods will be shipped immediately. Please confirm the receipt of the goods and complete the transaction in a timely manner.

Shipping Instructions:

1. After the payment for the goods and shipping fees are made, the store will ship the goods within 72 hours. If some products are out of stock, the customer service will contact you in advance. For custom orders, they will be shipped according to the agreement between both parties. Please make the orders as early as possible according to the actual situation to avoid delaying the delivery time.

2、The delivery method can be arranged according to the customer's requirements, including logistics, freight, and courier services, etc. The payment method for the freight charge should be confirmed with the customer service. The arrival time varies due to various reasons such as distance, transportation conditions, transportation methods, weather, etc. between different regions. For specific information, please confirm with the customer service or the carrier company. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond the control of our store. The estimated arrival time provided by the logistics company is for reference only and is not part of the contract for this order. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.

Signature Instructions:

1. Express delivery receipt: The package needs to be signed for by the person himself, and the courier should be present to inspect the goods and sign for them at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged, the number of goods does not match, or the goods are damaged, please directly refuse to sign, and contact the customer service. Once the signature is received, the store will not be responsible for it.

2. Logistics Receiving: When picking up your own goods, please carefully inspect the goods on the freight site for any damage or abnormalities. If you find that the outer box is deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please immediately open the package to count and check. If there are errors, you must negotiate with the freight company for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods. Contact the customer service to negotiate. Otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods. When signing the goods, it is necessary for the person to sign.

3. All products sent by our store have independent packaging. We add extra packaging on the original packaging to enhance the protective measures and the ability to withstand pressure during transportation. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that there will be no issues such as scratches, dents, or squeezes during long-distance or transportation. Buyers who are concerned about these issues should carefully consider their orders before placing them.

After-sales service:

1. The store does not support a seven-day no-reason return or exchange policy.

2. All products in our store are subject to strict inspection before leaving the factory, and only those that meet quality standards are allowed to leave. However, due to various uncertain factors, there may be quality issues with the products. We cannot guarantee that 100% of our products are free from quality problems. We can only guarantee that 96%-98% of the products will be free from quality issues upon arrival. The remaining 2%-4% are within the scope of exemption.

3. If there are quality issues with the product upon receipt, you can contact customer service within 24 hours to negotiate a return or exchange. However, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the product is intact, the packaging and accessories are complete, and a note is attached, stating the reason for the return or exchange, the order number. Otherwise, the store will refuse to accept the express delivery; if the damage is caused by human error, or if the return or refund request is made after 24 hours of receipt, the store will not accept any such requests.

4. This store is wholesale-oriented, and due to the uniqueness of toys, our products do not offer a three-package guarantee.

5. Images and Colors: Due to lighting, photography, display screen issues, and other factors, the images displayed may slightly differ from the actual products. Additionally, factors such as market changes may lead to adjustments to the product and packaging designs or colors by the factory. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

6. Size Issue: All sizes are measured manually, and an error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

7. Other: All perfectionists or those with strict requirements for products, please turn around and walk away, as our store does not accept reasons such as strong plastic feeling, unpleasant odor, insufficiently detailed details, or loose edges for refunds, exchanges, or negative reviews.
