Mixed Batch problem: 30 pairs for one piece, more than mixed batch supported for one piece, please contact customer service for special reasons and requirements.

Size problem: most of the shoes are in normal size (we recommend that you choose one size larger if you are Botton width fat). We recommend that you use contact before placing an order customer service.

Chromatic aberration: The pictures are taken in kind, because the display is different, there may be slight color difference.

Odor Problem: This shop is factory direct sales. The shoes just left the factory will have some glue smell, regardless of the quality. The glue smell will disappear when placed in the ventilation place.

After-sales problems: If you have any problems with the shoes sold, please contact our customer service immediately to explain the situation, and we will be responsible for handling them.

Quality problem: serious quality problems such as degumming broken soles occur within 7 days, and our store is responsible for handling all expenses.

Return and exchange: if you exchange goods for customer reasons such as non-quality problems or wrong delivery, the customer shall bear the return freight. Small thread ends, small stains, slight chromatic aberration, micro glue smell, etc. are not quality problems and will not be returned.
