【Damaged Replacement】
Although our product packaging is very sturdy, there is a certain risk due to the long-distance transportation by third-party delivery. If you find any broken lampshades or accessories upon receiving the goods, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged parts. We will send you free replacement parts by courier. (Please do not refuse to sign).

【Shipping Instructions】
Buyers can choose between prepaid or collect on delivery (COD) as payment methods. A: If the prepaid method is chosen, the buyer and the seller agree on the shipping fee, and the buyer pays the shipping fee to the factory in advance. The factory will then collect and pay the shipping fee to the courier company. B: If the COD method is chosen, the buyer pays the shipping fee to the courier company directly when the goods are delivered.

【Shipping Instructions】
There are two general ways to ship goods: logistics and express delivery.

B: The advantages of express delivery are fast transportation and door-to-door delivery, but the disadvantage is that the freight is relatively expensive. Therefore, if the shipment is not urgent, it is generally recommended to send goods by logistics. In principle, express delivery will deliver goods to the door (if within the delivery range).

 

【Transportation Time】
The so-called transportation time mentioned below refers to the usual arrival time after our shipment, under normal circumstances. However, due to extremely rare and unforeseen incidents, occasional delays may occur. In such cases, we commit to fully cooperating with inquiries, follow-ups, and urging, but we cannot guarantee this completely. Buyers cannot use this as the basis for negative feedback or complaints.
Express delivery: Generally within 5 days in cities at or above the county level; in remote areas or rural areas, 5 to 7 days. (In very few areas, delivery may not be available).
Logistics: Central/Southern Provinces: Direct delivery to areas 1-3 days; Areas requiring transfer take about 5 days.
Northern/Western Provinces: Direct delivery in 5-7 days; Transiting areas take 7-10 days.

【After-sales Service】
The factory promises: two years free warranty. From the date of purchase, if the product experiences electrical problems under normal use, it can receive three years of free maintenance service (excluding the light source), and the warranty scope is limited to repairing or replacing the problem parts.
The following conditions do not qualify for free warranty service: A. Damage caused by improper use of the power supply or improper installation; B. Damage caused by incorrect use or inappropriate repairs or modifications; C. Damage caused by the use of inappropriate accessories due to errors or negligence; D.
