1Express shipping

   Express delivery is a convenient choice, but it is relatively more expensive. It is recommended for customers in regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, which are relatively close. It is usually charged by weight. (Default: ZTO Express), please contact customer service to calculate the express fee!

2、Shipping Department sends goods

Freight charges: Generally between 10 yuan to 30 yuan, for remote areas with the need for a transfer, an additional fee will be charged, and the payment should be made to the freight department upon pickup.

   Since we are wholesale sales, we will use the courier service for distant places. The freight will be paid upon delivery (you can pay the freight when you pick up the goods, and we do not make money from the freight). However, for small quantities, courier stations charge after seeing the goods. If you insist on us paying, the courier department will charge more, and if the charge is too low, the courier department here will suffer losses. Some areas require a transfer, which will incur a transfer fee, so it is even more important to choose to pay upon delivery. Our logistics and courier departments have long-term cooperation, so there will be no excessive charges, please rest assured to choose!

3When can we ship the goods, and when will you receive them?

   Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. The arrival time varies depending on distance, weather, and the freight company, but generally, it takes 1-2 days for Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and 3-7 days for provincial logistics. There may be unforeseen circumstances and force majeure factors, so if the logistics has not contacted you to pick up the goods after the corresponding days, please contact us immediately to follow up. Goods broken

   Due to the impact of violent handling during transportation, it is inevitable that some products may be crushed or damaged. If any products are damaged, please send back the damaged products, and we will replace them with new ones for free. You only need to bear the round-trip shipping costs. To save on shipping costs, we suggest that you accumulate damaged products after several orders and send them back to us for exchange or refund. If the shipping costs for returning to other provinces are too high, we can bear half of the cost. As we are already selling at wholesale prices, we do not make much profit, and we rely on volume sales. Therefore, please understand and forgive!
