4. After-sales problem: After receiving the goods, please check the goods before signing the bill. If the goods are damaged or missing, please do not sign for them, contact our company first to explain the situation and prove it by logistics company personnel or express personnel before handling it.

5. About errors: color, size, gram weight, because there are errors in human beings, measuring instruments, and production machines. We try our best to reduce the errors, but the actual product shall prevail. For this reason, thank you!

Return and exchange rules

1. Within 7 days after receiving the goods (subject to the date of receipt of the waybill), if any product fails to function, please contact us in time. It will not be accepted within the time limit.
2. When receiving the goods, the customer finds that the outer packing box is seriously deformed or damaged, and needs to open the box for inspection. If the goods are not received as required, the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not bear relevant responsibilities (before shipment, there will be video control of inspection supervision and weight retention).
3. All customers should protect the complete packaging of the products, complete accessories or related materials. If the products have quality problems, we will return the products within the specified time.
4. The loss of 2% of some defective products and orders is normal. If the loss is serious after each transaction, please contact customer service within 7 days. If the customer fails to give up the right of after-sales service, not accepted.
5. Return and return freight shall be borne by the buyer. The quality problem of return and exchange is based on the actual freight charged (if the delivery fee is 5 yuan, the return will only bear the freight compensation of 5 yuan).
V. Return or exchange is not accepted under the following circumstances
1. The returned product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related materials are incomplete; Unauthorized repair and modification; Not used and stored according to normal methods; Beyond the shelf life of the product; The returned product has been labeled, the product is fake. Commodities that cannot be sold as commodities again.
2. When the customer finds the product quality problem and returns the product, he/she requires to return the product to our company by plain mail or express delivery. The customer pays the freight in advance. After receiving the product, the company will post the freight and the actual cost of the product according to the Post Office List, if the customer returns the product by express delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, the company will reject it.
3. Return packages are returned in real name (that is, fill in the name of the orderer). Before the return package is delivered, you must communicate with the customer service and pass the return list. The return package must be attached with the return list, to facilitate staff query and improve efficiency.
4. If you do not communicate with the customer service before returning the product, the product will not be accepted.
5. Return and exchange goods for subjective reasons. If there is no quality problem, return goods will not be accepted. Return and transportation costs will be paid by yourself, and damage will be compensated according to the price.
6. Please do not return goods that are not our company. If there is such goods, we will not return them.
7. Refuse to pay the freight in advance for various reasons. If the return freight exceeds the shipping freight, refund will not be accepted.
