Q: What’s the procedure to purchase?
A: Pls Kindly check the following steps: Enquiry ( pls offer the info.as much as better,such as size,material,inner sheets,inner weight,order quantity,etc.) -> Quotation -> Once the price is acceptable, if you need the samples for reference,we can offer them.( pls see the following samples’ policy) -> After the order details are confirmed, pls arrange us the deposit (30% of goods amount),once we get the deposit,we’ll start production. -> During production,we’ll show you the production process. -> After the goods are finished,we’ll arrange the shipment as we agreed. The balance would paid off while delivery, or against the B/L copy. -> After-sales service.


Q: What’s your policy on the samples?
A: If our samples are available, we can offer you free of charge, but the courier charge would be borne at your side. And if the sample needs to be reproduced, we’ll charge the sample cost,( refund while the order confirmed) the amount depends on the sample making artwork. The sample’s making usually needs 3-7 working days.

Q: What’s the lead time?
A: If our goods are available in warehouse, it’ll just take about 7 days to arrange the shipment. If we have to reproduce the order (OEM/ODM) , it’ll take about 30 to 40 days, of course, the exact time depends on the order quantity and artwork.
