 ?? Soft hardness: polyurethane is a temperature-sensitive material. The product changes with seasons and has a degree of soft and hard changes, which is a normal phenomenon.

About smell: because the product is just produced, it will be a little bit raw materials smell, transportation process medium the sealed package will smell slightly when opened, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use and health. The smell can be dispersed after ventilation for a few days.
