• 1. About custom-made

  Please provide us with samples or images to confirm if we can produce them. The online product images and prices are for reference only; the actual price will be adjusted according to the size, thickness, and quantity of the products. Please ensure that you communicate with the customer service before placing an order to ensure the consistency of the color and quality of the custom-made products.

• "2. About Sizes

  All products are measured by hand, as the products have different elevations and the measuring tools vary, there may be some small errors. We hope you can understand! 

• 3、关于颜色

  All the images of our company are 100% taken from actual products. However, due to the reasons of lighting, angles, and display screens, the colors you see in the images may differ from the actual products. Please communicate with us thoroughly before making a purchase, and the final color of the product you receive will be the standard. Specifications and colors can be customized according to your requirements. 

• "4. About Express Delivery

  Our default delivery is YTO Express.The product price does not include shipping, freight, or taxes (these three items need to be paid by the customer).All products in our shop are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The goods displayed on the page are all in stock, so please feel free to purchase. Due to the large number of product categories and daily sales volume, there may be cases where some items are not promptly removed from the shelves, leading to stockouts. We apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you via phone or Alipay message to resolve the issue. 

• 5. About After-sales Service

  If there are any problems with the product, please contact the customer service in time for processing. The shop supports 7-day exchange for products, provided that the goods do not affect our secondary sales, and the shipping fee for non-quality problems needs to be borne by the buyer. All product photos are taken from the actual items, and there may be color differences due to lighting and display differences. Such problems do not belong to quality issues, and the final color should be determined by the actual received goods. Due to product updates or quality improvements, some product configurations, colors, and styles may change, and we will not notify you in advance. Please refer to the actual received goods. The shop's product prices are subject to the settlement price on the day, and the product price may fluctuate due to the rise in raw materials, and there will be no further notice. If there is no logistics record 10 days after the remittance or if you have not received the goods, please call to inquire or contact the Alipay customer service to avoid any unexpected incidents. After the customer receives the goods, the transaction is over. If the customer has any questions after receiving the goods, they can contact the corresponding customer service they consulted when they purchased the product to better handle the after-sales problems.
