1. About the shipping time
1. Sample order, drop shipping, small batch orders, and orders placed before 15:00 PM can generally be guaranteed to be shipped the same day. However, during events such as the Double Eleven Grand Promotion, it may be possible to delay shipping by one day due to the large number of orders.
2. Batch orders will be shipped the next day after payment, unless there are large-scale activities such as Double Eleven promotions, in which case the shipping may be postponed by one day.
3. Large quantity orders will be shipped within 48 hours under normal circumstances. However, due to events such as double eleven big sales activities, the delivery may be postponed by one day if the order volume is large.
4. OEM custom orders will be shipped on the agreed date.
Section Two: About Express Logistics
1. Our factory mainly uses Yunda, YTO and logistics. If these three cannot be delivered, please contact customer service.
In Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, it generally takes 1-2 days, while in Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, it takes 2-3 days. For other regions, it takes 3-5 days. For remote and areas requiring transfers, it takes 4-7 days. For places like Xinjiang and Tibet, it takes 7-15 days.
3. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Hunan, Hubei, Fujian, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Chongqing, Beijing, Shandong, Henan, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning, Dalian, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Guangxi, Yunnan regions can send out by ZTO Express and deliver to your door.
Other regions send logistics, freight to pay, need to self-pickup.
About logistics: We usually send general cargo, and the logistics network in Yiwu is well-developed, with forwarding departments all over the country. The cost is usually 0.5 yuan per kilogram by weight, and 80-140 yuan per cubic meter by volume, depending on the distance. The general freight cost for one piece of goods is about 15-30 yuan, and for remote or transit areas, it is 30-40 yuan per piece. After the goods arrive, the forwarding department will call you to pick up at the designated forwarding point and pay the logistics fee when you pick up (collecting is cheaper). The specific logistics company, contact information, and price will be known only after the shipment is made and the return slip is received. In addition, you can also send the specified logistics.
