1. Confirm with customer service the type of fabric to be used
2. Confirm the design style of the pillow illustration with customer service
3. Confirm with customer service the material and cotton content of the pillow core
4. Confirm with customer service that all parameters for the bulk sample are correct.
5. Upon receiving the sample, confirm that the color, fabric, pillow core weight, and all parameters are correct; then make the payment for production of the bulk order.
Note: There may be errors in each production batch due to differences in production process, fabric, cutting, sewing, and printing.
Custom pillows may have a certain range of errors; no returns or exchanges will be accepted if there are no quality issues!
