Please inform the customer service of the paint color and requirements for the products that need to be painted. Since the painting is contracted to the painting room for processing, the colors are all hand-mixed, and there may be color differences. If you are sensitive to paint color differences, please send a sample description or be cautious when shooting!

【About freight】 

Due to the special nature of the products, we default to the transportation method of 'small items by courier, large items by logistics,' with the logistics freight to be settled together. The logistics billing standard is calculated based on the distance and the volume of the items, and we cannot provide accurate logistics costs for each customer, so we default to the payment on delivery to ensure transparent and reasonable shipping costs. Logistics requires self-collection, as it differs from courier services in terms of completeness, formality, and convenience. During the journey, it is not possible to track the status of the goods. Once the goods arrive at the local freight station, the relevant staff will contact you actively. Please bring your ID to the logistics company to collect the goods (default to the nearest logistics point from the customer).

【About Packaging】 

We offer free packaging for our products using bubble wrap, air bubble film, and cardboard. If you need to have the product boxed in wood, there will be an additional cost. Our store is a direct manufacturer's sale, as the volume of shipments from the physical store and the factory is quite large. To avoid affecting your shopping experience, please consult the shopkeeper before making the purchase to confirm if the product is in stock. We will respond to you in a timely manner! If there is any inconvenience, please understand!

【About Quality】 

Most of the products sold in our store are handmade due to the special nature of the industry. There is no completely fixed standard for product quality, and the conditions of wood products are special. Wood grain, knots, and color variations are normal phenomena. We kindly ask our customers to understand. However, we guarantee the quality of our goods and will only ship goods that meet the standards. We will never sell inferior goods. If buyers generally consider the products to be poor or of poor quality due to color differences or subjective factors, this will not be a reason for return or refund. Please do not request a return or exchange for a reason such as a tree knot or a few imperfections on a piece of furniture. Most pure wood furniture is handmade, and it goes through processes such as selecting wood, cutting, carving, polishing, and painting. It is inevitable that there will be some minor flaws and size errors. Please understand this!
