1 Origin

The origin of the safety pin can be traced back to the Mycenaean culture (late period of the Mycenaean Third Age) from the 14th century BC. It was then known as the "
Fibulae" (plural of fibula), its usage is similar to today's safety pins and its appearance is also similar. However, the fibula was used as a decorative clasp for clothing, not as a practical fastener.
After the safety pin became extinct.
Until 1849, the modern safety pin was re-invented by American inventor Walter Hunt.
At that time, the patent rights of it were sold for $400.

Introduction

The paperclip, actually invented in the mid-19th century, was created for the convenience of quickly identifying a useful piece of information from a pile of documents.
People began to use a large-headed needle like a tailor to pin documents to the corner of a piece of paper, but they often pierced their fingers. It was invented to be safe.
The idea of a useful office supply, almost simultaneously occurred in the minds of three people, but now it is generally believed that the invention of the paperclip.
The one is Norwegian mathematician John Vale, because the date marked on his design sketch is the earliest among the three——1899.
In Norway, this always makes its people particularly proud. During World War II, the German occupying forces banned Norwegians from using the word "king" when referring to their monarch.

In February 1990, a 5-meter-high paperclip-shaped stainless steel monument was erected in the heart of Oslo, the capital.
Little Story

About the safety pin, there is a little story: Once, our country held a meeting on creativity. At the meeting, a Japanese creator presented a safety pin with a unique design. He explained that he had spent a long time thinking about how to improve the safety pin. He finally came up with a design that could be used as a pin and a paper clip. The design was well received and became popular.
The inventor, Shinsuke, steps onto the podium, takes out a pair of curling pins, and simultaneously poses a question. He asks, 'These curling pins?'
"How many uses are there?" A Chinese scholar present at the time said there were over thirty. Masayoshi Murase himself proved there were over three hundred.
The audience applauded enthusiastically for him. At this time, someone on the stage handed up a note, which read: "I will publish an opinion tomorrow to prove..."
These paperclips have billions of uses. This man is called Xu Guotai. The proposal he put forward later became known as the Magic Ball Phenomenon.
According to his argument, the paperclip can serve as various weights due to its identical weight; as a metal object, the paperclip can be combined with various
