Buyer's Must-Read:

1. All the treasures in our store are photographed with actual items, but due to reasons such as monitors and lighting, there may be slight color differences. Please do not use color differences as a reason for negative feedback.

2. In the event of quality issues, exchange is possible. If the buyer receives goods with quality problems, they must contact the staff within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide detailed images of the quality issues. Only after verification can an exchange for the same style be made. The round-trip shipping costs will be paid by our store. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.

3. The quality issues recognized by our store are: damage, large-area dirt, and staining. Quality issues that we do not recognize are: loose threads, minor spots that can be cleaned, fading after washing, small loose stitches, button detachment, color differences, etc. Due to differences in screen brightness and photography lighting techniques, visual color differences between the actual goods and the photos are unavoidable. Please refer to the actual goods. (Our store will carefully inspect the quality of the goods before shipping, and the quality is absolutely reliable).

4. The returned goods, including the transparent bag, packaging bag, and tag, must be intact and undamaged.

5. Due to the possibility of damage during transportation, please ensure that the goods are intact before signing for the parcel upon delivery.

6. The default shipping method for our store is STO Express. If you need another shipping method, please contact our customer service.

7. If the large-volume customer requires the freight station to ship, the freight station has a unified unloading point. The customer cannot specify the unloading point. They need to pick up the goods themselves or the freight station will deliver (which requires delivery fees).

If there is a free shipping for large orders, we are responsible for the direct delivery costs, but the costs for transfers must be borne by yourself.

8. All towels in our store have an error of about 2cm in size and about 3g in weight. Bath towels have an error of about 5cm in size and about 10g in weight. The initial wash may cause a slight loss of color.

Buyers must read carefully and once the purchase is made, it indicates that they have accepted the terms. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any of the above reasons.
