3. Regarding printing: By default, the front side features digital print patterns, while the back side is in plain fabric color. If double-sided printing is required, please contact customer service.
4. Regarding delivery time: For designs on the page, delivery will occur within 48–72 hours after placing the order. For urgent orders, please contact customer service and note this in the remarks. For custom designs, please confirm the delivery time with customer service, as the production time varies depending on the quantity of items. The final delivery time shall be based on the commitment provided by customer service. For orders placed without prior inquiry, the delivery timeline is determined by the actual dispatch date.
5. Regarding returns and exchanges: Both the optional patterns and custom designs on the page will be produced after order placement. Once payment is made, returns due to personal reasons are not supported; therefore, please ensure everything is finalized before placing the order.
