1. Membership Order Requirements

Article 2: Additional Agreements

Defective Exchange: If a member finds a product with quality issues within 3-7 days of receiving the goods, please contact our company first and then proceed with the exchange. We will bear the round-trip shipping costs once.
Company maintenance or maintenance: The company will charge relevant fees according to the actual situation. If the product quality problem is caused by the company, the company will take full responsibility unconditionally. If the product damage is caused by the customer's carelessness, the company will repair it according to the customer's requirements, but the return postage needs to be borne by the customer. During the production process, merchants are required to prepay the mold fee, which varies from 100 to 400 yuan. Our company will communicate and confirm the verification of the sample produced by the molding process. We will then proceed with the production.
For large custom orders, before production begins, merchants must pre-pay a 20%-50% down payment based on the quantity of the custom order.
