Customized Production Process：

1. Consult the customer service:Based on the customer's design rendering, we will first collect the sample fee or deposit for the goods, and then arrange for computer layout, precision carving on the lathe to create a prototype mold, and once the order is confirmed, we will need to open a production mold separately. (During the entire production process, it takes 2-5 days to make the mold).

2. Mix the colors:Modulate the color according to the pattern requirements, and achieve the required color and hardness of the product by precisely proportioning PVC powder, vegetable oil, PVC oil, stabilizer, color paste, and other materials.

3. On-machine production:Inject the raw material into the corresponding position of the mold according to the pattern, layer by layer, on the molding bench through high temperature (180-200 degrees Celsius) to solidify and mold the plastic raw material. The number of baking times is determined according to the product situation, and each time of baking needs to be cooled down by the cooling system until the sample is removed.

4. Final Inspection of the Completed Product:Check for any defects in the molding, and determine whether the customer requires additional printing of text or logos, then proceed to the surface printing process for the product.

5. Quality inspection: The product must be free of bubbles, no sand eyes, no mixed colors, clean overall, and the trimming of the edges must be meticulous to meet the standards.

6. Accessories Installation:Install accessories (such as key chains, metal tags, etc.) according to the guest's product requirements, and then pack them neatly in boxes after they are loose or in OPP paper card packaging.

7. Payment and Shipping:After paying the remaining balance on the platform, ship the goods (by courier or logistics) according to the specified requirements.
