All products are sold by the case, and individual varieties can be mixed batches (the total number of mixed batches must be greater than 5 pieces for shipping). All shipments will be made by logistics (the customer can specify the logistics company), and the payment can be made by bank card or Alipay. The customer can also pay at the consignment station. 1. Ordering Instructions: All individual products of our company must be purchased in full boxes. The number of packages per box is indicated on the product detail page. (For example, if the seasoning box is packaged in a box of 72, the number of shots must be a multiple of 72). The packaging quantity of products with different specifications is not the same. When shooting different sizes of products, you must shoot according to the number of packages described on the page, or the multiple of the package number. All products are purchased in one piece, and the minimum order quantity is 5 boxes per time. We support mixed batches. 2. Regarding the products: All products are subject to strict inspection before leaving the factory. Regular products are mixed-color packaged, while some are single-color packaged. For those who order in bulk, you can choose the color or have them produced in a specific color. For more details, you can contact our online business team for assistance.

3. Can I return the goods: Our products currently do not support return and exchange services. We send the returned goods directly to the waste recycling plant to ensure that the products we send out are all new.

4. About shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM usually ship the same day. If there is a shortage, we will immediately contact the customer. For urgent orders or those with a specified delivery time, please inform us in advance. Transportation times may occasionally be extended due to weather or other reasons, which is normal. If the buyer needs to receive the goods within a specific time, please inform us in advance to avoid any delays.

5. Transportation methods and freight charges: Normal delivery is by standard logistics, where the buyer must pick up the goods at the logistics center and pay the freight directly to the logistics provider. If you require a different transportation method, please inform the online business.

6. Transportation Damage Issue: In order to save customers' transportation costs, we always choose to send by ordinary logistics. However, ordinary logistics do not provide compensation for transportation damage. Some large domestic logistics companies have compensation clauses, but the freight cost is twice or three times that of ordinary logistics. We do not recommend using large logistics. Some products are after all fragile, and if there are any damaged products during transportation, they can be returned. For glass products, a 70% refund is available, and for pure plastic products, a 90% refund is available. However, the return shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer. We can only recycle the returned products at a discount of 3-4, and if there is any damage, we need to share the cost equally. Therefore, when we ship, we will also remind the logistics to handle with caution.

7. Payment Method: Customers with Alipay can directly make payments after placing orders, while those without Alipay can only make bank transfers to arrange for shipping.

8. After-sales service: General logistics usually does not provide real-time tracking information. If the goods have not arrived after a certain period of time, please contact us immediately, and we will immediately check the transportation status with the freight company.
