Return and exchange
1. If there is any quality problem after receiving the goods, please report it to our after-sales customer service within 48 hours. We will bear the return freight for the quality problem. Return and exchange cannot be paid on arrival. The freight is paid in advance, and will be paid back after receiving the goods
2. It is not a quality problem. It needs to be returned or exchanged due to personal subjective reasons. The freight is paid by the individual.
[About quality] broken soles, degumming, damage, serious color difference, serious stain. Our store is responsible for all processing fees. Small thread ends, small stains, slight chromatic aberration, and slight glue smell are not quality problems.
3. The returned goods cannot affect the second sale.
Products that have been worn, worn soles, washed, or damaged will not be returned or exchanged. After receiving the goods, contact our customer service to apply for a return within 48 hours. If the goods are returned without customer service communication, our store will not accept them.
