Buyer's attention, please
Regarding the odor: The fabric of the umbrella has been treated with a special coating process to enhance water resistance and UV protection. There may be a slight odor when it leaves the factory, but it will disappear after being opened and exposed to air for some time. Please use it with confidence.
Regarding wrinkles: After the umbrellas are finished, they are all folded and wrapped in packaging, which is why there will be some wrinkles when opened, similar to clothing design.
Regarding sewing holes: Since the umbrella surface is sewn together with triangular pieces, sewing holes are inevitable. This is especially true for the coated umbrella fabric; generally, it does not affect use. However, if exposed to water, water may seep through the holes. Currently, there is no solution in the industry to address this issue. We hope you can understand and forgive us.
Regarding the swaying of the umbrella stem: To ensure easy opening with the hand, there is a gap between the umbrella frame and the stem. Therefore, slight swaying is normal and has no effect on the use or stability of the umbrella.
[Friendship Reminder]:
When packaging the umbrellas in the carton, please remember not to use blades or scissors to cut the package, to avoid damaging the folded umbrella fabric inside the carton. We guarantee that the outer packaging of the goods will remain intact upon delivery. Please open the packaging in person when picking up the goods and confirm that the products are undamaged or complete before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, missing items, or damage during transportation, please point this out immediately and refuse to accept the goods. Contact our customer service right away after refusing the delivery. We will handle the relevant matters appropriately based on the actual situation. If you have signed for the goods or someone else has signed for them on your behalf, it is assumed that the outer packaging, quantity, and contents of the goods are correct.

Please carefully check the outer packaging for any damage and ensure that the goods are intact when signing for the shipment. If any damage is found during the signature process, please report it immediately. If damage occurs after signing, the logistics company will not be responsible, and we will not bear any liability for any losses resulting therefrom.
3. [Price Issues]:
The website price is the ex-factory price; it does not include taxes, printing costs, or publishing fees. For specific expenses, please consult customer service to confirm the agreed amount.
4. [Color Difference Issue]:
All products on this website are photographed in real life. However, due to differences in computer monitors, settings, lighting conditions, shooting environments, light intensity, flash exposure, and many other factors, color differences are inevitable. The colors shown in the images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product colors. The actual product colors shall be taken as the standard. We hope all customers can understand this. Despite our best efforts to minimize color differences, returns are not accepted due to color issues. Customers who cannot accept color differences are advised to purchase directly.
5. [After-sales Service Issues]:
All products in our store are inspected by dedicated personnel before shipment. Due to the high volume of work, it is impossible to avoid errors or quality issues by 100%, and the products shall be based on the actual items received.
The return and exchange policy is as follows:
1. There was an error in shipping; the item received does not match the order details. Please take photos or videos and send them to the online customer service for confirmation, then involve after-sales staff to negotiate a solution.
2. The received product has obvious quality issues. Please take photos or videos and send them to the online customer service for confirmation before submitting it to after-sales service; then negotiate a solution between both parties.
3. Return and exchange period: Please contact customer service on the day you receive the item. We will handle it promptly. If it exceeds 3 days but is less than 7 days, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, while if it exceeds 7 days, no return or exchange will be processed.

6. [Custom Products]:
For umbrellas requiring printing, please provide clear CDR or AI print source files to ensure high printing quality. Additionally, confirm with the online customer service the quantity, color, print content, printing cost, plate fee, and unit price of each umbrella. Please carefully review the design mockups and finalize the print content and details. Once confirmed, no modifications to the print content or material are allowed. Any changes made after confirmation will be borne by the buyer. Custom styles are not refundable or exchangeable.
7. [Review]:

If customers have any dissatisfaction with the products, please contact customer service first; we will ensure proper resolution.
