(1) generally, our store will arrange delivery within 48 hours after ordering, and sometimes it will be delayed for one day during peak season (except for special circumstances), but we will contact the customer immediately, please understand more, thank you very much. (2) delivery logistics and express delivery are determined by the buyer, and we fully cooperate. (3) during the delivery process, we will help solve the problem due to incorrect filling of buyer information (such as address and contact information), but as a result, express delivery, any expenses incurred by logistics return or other losses shall be borne by the buyer. (4) sign for it, please be sure to check the quantity of the goods in person and whether the packaging is intact. If there is any missing damage, please call me accompanied by the staff. We will negotiate and handle it. If there is no inspection and receipt, our store will not be responsible (note: If you do not sign for it, you must also unpack it in person). (5) due to the large daily shipments, the goods may be delivered at any time. Due to insufficient inventory, we will refund to you, or reissue it together when ordering next time, and no longer reissue it separately. Please understand. (6) If the quantity is missing, please inform us of your missing quantity within 48 hours after signing. We will cooperate with you to check the quantity and try our best to help you solve the problem. If you do not check or inform us of the missing quantity in time, we will regard the quantity as correct.
