 Usage Method:

Wipe off the grease, dust, and other contaminants from the adhesive surface. If the surface contains a release agent (which is applied to the mold during product molding to prevent adhesion), it should be cleaned with a solvent before bonding. For particularly smooth and difficult-to-adhere surfaces, it is necessary to rough the surface. If the surface is high in moisture content, it should be dried first, and then bonding can be performed.

Use a brush or scraping board to evenly coat the adhesive on the bonding surface from the inside out (if large-area bonding is required, it is recommended to coat the adhesive simultaneously on both bonding surfaces). Allow the adhesive to dry at room temperature and a humidity of less than 70% for 5 to 15 minutes (until the adhesive layer is slightly not sticky to the touch).
◆ Align the adhesive surface once, squeeze from the inside out (to remove air bubbles), and tap with a rubber mallet or wood mallet to compress firmly. The product can reach its use strength after 24 hours.
