1.你们网上标的重量是20g ,我称的重量只有19.8g ,我要求退货并承担我们的运费损失,否则投诉并差评;
2.你产品价格太低了,质量不好,不好卖,我要退货或价格太高了,必须退多少费用作为补偿,否则投诉并差评;
3.我不喜欢红色,为什么发给我红色的产品,要求补偿精神损失费,要不就退货并要求承担来回运费,否则投诉并差评;
4.你们的练习本只有37页,为什么标的是40页?欺诈,骗子,你看着办吧,否则投诉并...
二、低端产品,拒中差评。请批发前衡量产品的性价比。我们产品经历市场20几年的洗涤,依然市场巨大,在淘宝里是做生意交朋友的,拒绝以任何理由给中差评。例(但不限):
1.我偏不信邪了,就是过来给你差评的。才几毛钱的产品,我买1000种,给你1000个差评,老子不图什么,就是图个心里舒坦呀。
2.在淘宝里购物,早习惯了找茬。不找茬,我来淘宝批发干什么?凭什么不让评价,产品质量差,我就要给差评的。
3.客服服务不好,产品质量又差,我有话说,可以在好评里提提建议吗?当然欢迎。您光顾我们生意,客服感激您,为什么服务不好呢?产品质量为什么差呢?欢迎您多提建设性的意见,完善我们服务,并为您和更多的客户提供更优质的服务。
三、关于运输配送

批发以物流货运为主,从物流发达的义乌发货。不代收运费,需要自己到货运站提货并支付运费给货运站。产品订购后联系修改运费为0即可。
购物默认的运费是快递的费用,个别地区会有差异,请联系客服确认运费后付款。所有批发商品均不包邮,发快递时,如果运费不够,客服会联系您补全运费,快递运费实收。以任何理由拒付运费的订单,我们有权不发货。
四、退换货细则
1.收货7天内(以运单签收日期为准)如发现功能性失效的产品,请及时联系我们。逾期不予受理。
2.客户在收货时,发现外包装箱严重变形或破损,都需要开箱检查,如未按要求收货,因物流造成货物破损或丢失,我们将不承担相关责任(发货前,都有验货监录像控和重量留底)。
3.所有客户请保护好产品的完整包装,配件或相关资料的齐全,产品自身有质量问题的,在规定的时间内我们都将给于退换货。
4.有个别瑕疵商品及订单2%的损耗实属正常,每笔交易后如出现损耗严重,请7天内联系客服,逾期视顾客放弃售后服务的权力,不予受理。
5.产品损坏率超过订单的2%的部分由买家自行承担。即除了正常损耗,每笔订单,我们最多承担2%的补偿。
6.退换货来回运费由买家承担。质量问题退换货,以实收取的运费为标准(如发货收了5元快递费,退货时只承担5元的运费补偿)。
五、以下情况均不受理退换货
1.退回的产品包装不完整、配件或相关资料不齐;未经授权下擅自修理、改装;未按正常方法使用、贮存;超出产品保质期;退回产品贴过标签,产品弄虚做假的。已经无法再次作为商品销售的商品。
2.客户在发现产品质量问题退货时,要求用平邮包裹或快递退回我公司,运费客户垫付,公司在收到货后会按邮局清单贴补运费和商品实际费用,若客户在未与客服沟通情况下,以快递或者其他方式退货,公司一律拒收。
