Customized products

Custom products are not due to quality issues; returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure that your measurements are accurate. Any deviation of 1–3 centimeters is within the normal range. All products are custom-made. Before purchasing, please contact customer service to confirm the custom dimensions in advance. If you place the order without confirmation, no shipment will be made. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, it will proceed to production. The details cannot be changed after placing the order.

Regarding color difference

All photos of the products provided were taken by professional photographers, carefully edited and color adjusted to ensure consistency with the actual items. However, due to lighting and monitor color variations, as well as individual differences in color perception, there may be some color discrepancies between the photos and the actual products. Such issues are not considered product quality problems; the final color will be based on the actual item.

Regarding shipping

All products in this store are custom-made items. After making the regular payment, orders of 20 pieces or less will be shipped within 3–5 working days. Orders of 20–50 pieces will be shipped within 4–9 working days. For orders of 50 pieces or more, please contact customer service to place the order. The actual shipping time will be determined based on confirmation with the customer service.

Regarding logistics

Our store uses standard shipping/logistics services by default. If you have special requirements regarding the delivery method, please consult customer service in advance. The shipping time is 2–4 days, and in remote areas, it may take about a week. We will monitor the shipment status based on your tracking number. However, we cannot assume responsibility for delayed delivery; please be understanding, thank you!

Regarding delivery acceptance

To ensure you receive a smooth and efficient shopping experience, and to avoid unnecessary returns and exchanges, we carefully inspect each order before shipment to be responsible for every customer. Therefore, it is best if you sign for the package yourself. If someone else signs for it, please open it immediately for inspection—especially if the packaging is damaged or indented. Open it first to confirm no damage before signing for it. If there is any damage, refuse the delivery directly and contact our customer service team right away. Once signed for, it is considered accepted by the customer.

Regarding returns

Customized products do not allow 7-day no-reason returns or exchanges. Window decorations and related products are all customized according to customer requirements. Therefore, please confirm relevant details with customer service carefully before purchasing. If it is a quality issue with the product itself, we will provide unconditional returns and exchanges, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us (please pay the shipping fee in advance; no payment or postage acceptance). If the return or exchange is requested due to the buyer's own reasons, it is not within our scope of returns and exchanges. We hope everyone can be understanding and considerate!
