Put the packaging of the goods back to its original appearance, take photos with a digital camera, and send the package express number and the actual weight of the goods, as well as the existing packaging pictures to the after-sales customer service, we will check the package information as soon as possible and give a reply.

3. Damaged Goods received:

all products of our company have passed strict inspection before shipment, and all products are qualified finished products. If the buyer finds that the goods received are damaged, it must be caused by express delivery. Please open the package face to face to check whether the product is damaged. If there is any damage, please reject it face to face and contact customer service to inform us of the situation so that we can register and handle it. Because once you sign for it, there is no problem with the express delivery by default, and it is useless to go back to the theory. For your rights and interests, remember to check before signing!

after the customer purchases the product, our company sends ZTO Express by default. If not, please be sure to tell us which express we want to send.
