1. Product Introduction
This product is a smart carbon monoxide and smoke composite detector that utilizes microprocessing control and electrochemical sensors. It features high stability, low power consumption, and minimal sensitivity drift. It is primarily used in locations where carbon monoxide gas leaks or fires may occur to ensure personal safety.
II. Functional Features
*Utilizing highly reliable electrochemical sensors and infrared photoelectric sensors
*LCD liquid crystal display concentration
*AA 5-cell battery; powered by a 3*1.5V battery
*Low power consumption, extremely long standby life
*Low battery warning
* Alarm memory function
*Alert pause (mute mode)
*Acoustic and light alarm / LED indication alarm
*SMT industrial manufacturing, with strong stability
III. Operation Instructions
1. First power-on
With the AA 3-cell 1.5V battery installed, the buzzer will make a "beep", the alarm will start in preheating mode, and the display screen will show a 2-minute countdown.
2. Key Functions
Press the “TEST/RESET” button, the LCD screen displays “0” ppm, the LED lights flash, and the buzzer emits four “beep” sounds with a 5-second interval between them.
3. Peak value records
Long press the “TEST/RESET” button for more than 10 seconds to view the alarm concentration, then press the “TEST/RESET” button again to clear it.
4. Indicator light
Under normal operating conditions, the green light flashes once every 30 seconds.
5. Low battery warning
When battery level is low, the red light flashes once every 10 seconds, and the LCD screen displays “Lb”.
6. Call the police
When the detector detects an oxygen-carbon gas level exceeding 100 PPM, it will trigger an alarm, with the red light flashing and a beep sound emitted four times, with a 5-second interval between each. At this point, the valve should be closed immediately, doors and windows opened to allow air circulation, and relevant professionals should be notified for handling. In case of a fire, if the smoke concentration exceeds 0.1% db/m, an alarm will be activated, with the blue light flashing and continuous beeping sounds.
7. Alarm pause (mute mode)
When non-emergency situations occur, the test button can be pressed immediately, and the LED light will flash repeatedly, indicating that the device has entered silent mode. A flash every 10 seconds indicates that the alarm is in silent mode (in silent mode, pressing the button triggers a beep, and the red light flashes repeatedly to indicate the return to active mode). After 10 minutes, the alarm resets automatically.

5. Installation Method
1. Typically, detectors should be installed in bedrooms, living areas, and vehicles where people spend time for long periods. It is recommended to install them in bedrooms, corridors, basements, vehicles, and living areas.
2. Since the concentration of carbon monoxide and smoke is lighter than air, the detector must be installed 0.3–1 meter below the ceiling.
3. The detector should not be placed too close to the stove, to prevent it from being heated by the flame; it should also not be installed near exhaust fans, doors, windows, or in areas with high moisture such as bathrooms; nor should it be located in places with strong smoke, as this may block the air intake hole of the detector, causing poor airflow and thereby affecting the detection sensitivity.
Product Installation
1. This product should not be installed in the following locations:
A). Areas where smoke may accumulate under normal conditions
B). Areas with relative humidity greater than 95%
C). Areas with significant dust, water mist, and oil mist contamination
D). Areas with high wind speed (greater than 5 meters per second)
2. Install the battery correctly into the battery compartment according to the indicated positive and negative polarity.
3. Select an appropriate location; typically, it is installed on the ceiling in the center of the detection area. Use mounting screws to secure the detector base at the chosen installation position.
Smoke detector coverage area: When the space height is between 6 meters and 12 meters, the coverage area of one detector for a standard protection site is 80 square meters; when the space height is less than 6 meters, the coverage area is 60 square meters.

7. Precautions
1. This product contains precision components. It must not be subjected to severe impacts or knocks during transportation and installation, otherwise it may cause the detector to fail to function.
2. This product is a carbon monoxide smoke composite detector and cannot be used to detect combustible gases (gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.)
3. This product requires regular maintenance: remove dust from the detector surface once a month, keep the air intake holes clear, and have it tested by professionals every six months. If any failure is detected, it must be repaired or replaced promptly.
4. Do not wipe the detector with cleaners or solvents, as chemical substances may permanently damage or temporarily contaminate the sensor.
5. Avoid spraying air fresheners, hairspray, paint, or other mists near the detector.
6. This product can reduce the occurrence of accidents, but it cannot guarantee 100% safety. For your safety, in addition to using this product correctly, you should also remain vigilant and enhance your safety awareness in daily work and life.
