here we introduce the zipper structure in detail.

1. Zipper components

zipper is a connecting piece composed of two flexible teeth metallic belt that can be intermeshed with each other and a pull head that can be repeatedly pulled apart and pulled together (see figure 1,2)

below we describe the zipper structure in detail as follows

 (1) woven belt (tape) flexible belt woven from cotton yarn, chemical fiber or mixed chemical fiber is used to carry chain teeth and other zipper components.

   (2) the edge of bead woven belt is used to carry the reinforcement part of metal or plastic chain teeth.

   (3) rope refers to a rope composed of multiple fibers in the middle of the band.

   (4) chain teeth (scoops) refers to the shape of metal, plastic and other materials after processing.

 (5) the filler cord is made of multi-strand fiber thread and is used for the production of nylon zipper tooth chain.

 (6) chain refers to the chain teeth arranged continuously.

 (7) tooth metallic belt (one side zipper chain) tooth chain is fixed on woven belt, weighing tooth metallic belt.

 (8) metallic belt (zipper chain) is formed by the engagement of two side teeth metallic belt metallic belt.

   (9) the top stop is fixed on the metallic belt of the teeth, and the stop part with the pull head sliding out of the teeth metallic belt when the chain is closed.

 (10) the bottom stop is fixed on the metallic belt. When the stop chain is pulled apart, the pull head slides out the teeth metallic belt and makes the two side teeth metallic belt stop parts that cannot be separated completely.

 (11) the front and Back head tape (Back & forth head tape) zipper has no chain teeth part of the woven belt head, the upper end is the front head, and the lower end is the rear head.

 (12) cannula (also known as latch)(pin separable) is fixed at the end of the open-end zipper for separating metallic belt of tubular pieces.

 (13) the socket (box retainer) is fixed at the end of the open-end zipper to separate metallic belt square pieces.

 (14) two pin is a kind of tube-shaped gear with cannula, which is used for double-open tail zipper.

 (15) reinforced tape (strengthened tape) is used to enhance the combination strength of cannula, socket and woven belt, and improve the service life of zipper composite book.

(16) pull head (slider see Figure 2-20) the moving parts that make the chain teeth engage and pull apart.

The main part of the pull head (head of slider see Figure 2-20). The pull head body has two inlet ports and one engagement outlet, upper plate and lower plate. Upper plate has a nose pull, which is integrated with the lower plate through the core. The pull head used for nylon zipper has upper and lower ribs on the inside of the upper and lower plates.
