This happens in our industry—it is not unique to us. Overcutting of ribbons may occur, but a slight burn with a lighter can prevent this. Color variations, creases, thickness differences, incorrect specifications or colors chosen, and personal preferences do not constitute quality issues—this is unavoidable in the ribbon industry. Please note that loose items purchased from us are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are cut to the customer’s required length. If unsure, you may request a sample from our customer service before purchasing. Returns are available for whole rolls, but this does not affect secondary sales.
