II. Regarding Shipping

All deliveries are collected uniformly at 6 PM. Orders placed before 12 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day, while those requiring logistics services should be ordered on the same day and will be shipped the next day. III. Regarding Logistics

We assume sending via Huitong Express; large items can be shipped through logistics services, which require pickup in person. The charging standards vary among different logistics companies, and we estimate they may not be accurate. Therefore, we do not provide any estimates or cover any costs related to logistics. We strongly recommend that customers find their own dedicated logistics company from Yiwu to the destination. Yiwu is already one of the most developed logistics centers in the country. We hope customers can select a logistics company that meets their satisfaction. We are not involved in the logistics industry and do not understand the underlying rules. Our experience in logistics is for reference only, and we are not responsible for any “unexpected” issues arising from logistics matters.

IV. Regarding Product Returns and Exchanges

1. If there are unsold items within 15 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), our company will process a return. 5. For returns due to quality issues, our company will refund 20% off the original price. If we receive the goods with significant damage, we will provide product images to the customer and negotiate a solution with you based on the extent of use of the product after receipt.
