3. Products made of the same material will have different texture due to different manufacturing processes, which is not a product quality problem. If you need to apply for a return, the buyer must bear the return shipping fee.

4. If you are not satisfied with the goods received or the order is wrong, you can apply for a return or exchange without affecting the secondary sales, and the return freight will be borne by yourself, please contact our customer service staff in time when applying for a refund. After receiving the returned items, we will directly transfer the amount of the goods to Alipay (excluding freight). If there is a problem with the product, please contact us in time.
