1. About size

mechanical cutting of all raw materials is made through complicated traditional manual processes. The normal error range is within +/-5cm. Please be careful if you mind; and because quilting products are easy to shrink (about 5%), please all buyers and friends to calculate the required size and follow the principle of size rather than size, so as to avoid the impact of use and aesthetics when buying small ones.

2. About chromatic aberration

all pictures of our products are taken in kind, and professional designers correct the color of the pictures according to the products. However, due to different light, angle and display, there will be some color difference, and the difference will not be very large. In addition, different batches of products may have a little color difference due to different printing and dyeing batches. I would like to remind you to purchase all sizes at one time to avoid color difference. (Plush products have different degrees of reaction to light, and the color of smooth light and reverse light surface reflects the depth. This is caused by the product fabric itself. Please be careful if you mind, color difference is not a quality problem!)

3. About freight

the freight is charged according to the actual product weight. Contact customer service to verify the freight after ordering, and then pay after modification. If the wholesale volume is large, you can also send the designated logistics, and the freight is paid on arrival.

4. About pattern

the arrangement positions of stripes and patterns in sofa cushions are randomly arranged in the whole pattern of the same style. The picture styles are for reference only. We cut them together in large quantities, and the positions of stripes and patterns cannot be controlled.

5. About return and exchange

we do not support seven days no reason to return goods! Wrong delivery, missing delivery, defective products, we only reissue or send back for replacement! If the buyer proposes to return some or all of the products for reasons such as one or two of them are defective, we only exchange the goods and refuse to return the products. All delivery and SF items are rejected for the products sent back. For exchange due to personal subjective reasons, please take care of the freight back and forth. (Thread ends, not obvious straight lines are not straight, there are seams on the back, the mat is not a regular square, the Hemming joints are not aligned, quilting products are slightly jumper, etc., does not affect the use, does not belong to quality problems, please consider carefully before ordering!)
