If dust is found on the crystal, do not use a feather brush; instead, gently wipe it off with a soft, non-filament fabric (similar to wiping glasses, but without applying too much force).

About the baby:

We strive to ensure the packaging is of high quality to prevent any displeasure for the buyer. However, for crystal crafts, some damage is inevitable during transportation. Therefore, do not rush to sign for the package immediately. Remember to inspect the item carefully before signing for delivery. If you report any damage within 48 hours, we will not be able to protect your rights. Any losses resulting from this will have to be borne by you. We hope you understand.
