Please carefully verify the order (price, quantity, specifications, etc.). For custom orders, send an electronic version or take photos for confirmation. For orders requiring sample production, send samples for verification. A 30% deposit is required when placing the order, and the remaining amount must be paid before delivery. Pay the payment immediately. If no payment is made within three days of placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.

Regarding shipping:

After the buyer makes the order and pays, we will ship the goods within 72 hours (three days). For custom orders, the delivery time will be based on the actual negotiation period. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or WeChat. Do not grasp the top or outer edges of the crystal, as this can damage the base or the entire crystal. If dust is found on the crystal, do not use a feather brush; instead, gently wipe it off with a soft, non-filament fabric (similar to wiping glasses, but without applying too much force).

About the baby:

We strive to ensure the packaging is of high quality to prevent any displeasure for the buyer. However, for crystal crafts, some damage is inevitable during transportation. Therefore, do not rush to sign for the package immediately. Remember to inspect the item carefully before signing for delivery. If you report any damage within 48 hours, we will not be able to protect your rights. Any losses resulting from this will have to be borne by you. We hope you understand.
