Ordering Instructions:

2. Packing Instructions: All products sent by our company are individually packaged in beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Although we have made the best possible precautions, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes.

3. Shipping Instructions: Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all products, but due to the high popularity of our toy and model products, as well as the large volume of both export and domestic sales orders, there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, a two-to-three-day shipping period is normal, and we will make every effort to arrange early shipment. We will try to deliver the goods on the same day if they are available. If you need to place a large order, the delivery schedule and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

4. Receipt Instructions: Please, the buyer should personally verify the parcel upon receipt and sign after confirming its accuracy. If you find any discrepancies in quantity, damage to the goods, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, and contact the store owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, the item can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the store will not be responsible for any issues, please pay attention!!! The same applies to any issues that arise after someone else signs, therefore, please ensure that the buyer personally signs!

Please feedback any after-sales issues with the product within 3 days after receipt (time of signature applies), and if there is no feedback after this period, we will not accept any after-sales service. For quality issues, please accumulate the products and return them using ordinary logistics. The return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. Please contact our customer service first for quality issues to be registered and processed. If the accumulated products are not registered, they will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.

About after-sales service:

Return and Exchange Policy: All products are strictly inspected (multiple checks during production, after production, and before shipment), and only qualified products are shipped. However, due to various uncertain factors, the loss of product functionality may occur. Our company can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, with the remaining 2% falling within the exemption scope. All products are sold at the factory price, and we support return and exchange for problems arising during the logistics process, but we do not assume any shipping costs.

Return: If the goods are returned, we will refund you after receiving the return.

Exchange: The buyer pays for the return shipping fee to our company, and we bear the cost of shipping the replacement product. Our warehouse refuses to receive items with a collect shipping address. We will replace the product with a new one on the same day after receiving the returned item.
