3) Sample Description: If a customer requires samples, they must pay for the sample cost and shipping fees. Once the order reaches 6000 RMB, the sample fee for the custom model will be refunded. For more details, please contact the procurement consultant.

 4）Logistics Instructions: For standard orders, we will ship within 48 hours. For custom orders, we will arrange the shipping time according to the custom requirements. The product price does not include shipping fees. All customers across the country will choose the logistics to pay the shipping fee upon arrival. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, you can ask in advance. The cost will be negotiated with the logistics company. Please rest assured that the courier to pay is relatively expensive, and the price of the logistics to pay is the same. The logistics cost and time will be discussed according to the actual situation. The shipping fee will be based on the actual price charged by the logistics company.  5) Receipt Instructions: In the event of lost items during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and correctness) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing items on the parcel form. If the parcel shows signs of being opened, please contact us immediately. We will handle the situation appropriately. If problems arise after signing, we will be unable to assist. A signature by another person is also considered as receipt!
