  2. All goods will be shipped through logistics companies in bulk to the buyer's designated city. Direct delivery to cities takes 1-3 days, while delivery to cities with transfers takes 3-5 days. (Some areas require self-collection).

• 1. Customers are required to open the packaging boxes for inspection upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer packaging boxes are damaged. If there are any quality issues such as damage due to transportation problems, please obtain a proof with a fresh stamp from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
• 2. Quality issues refer to goods that cannot be used normally (except for damage or breakage), which can be exchanged. The return shipping fee is self-paid. If the goods have issues such as loose threads, peeling paint, fading color, or flaws, but these do not affect normal use, dissatisfaction or unlikeness as a reason, and if the return is actually not due to quality issues, the return will not be accepted.
• Before the product is sent out, we will conduct strict quality checks, but scratches between products are unavoidable. During the inventory and logistics transportation, there may be normal minor scratches. While we are trying to avoid them, we also hope for your understanding.
