Ladder Lift Operation Method

1. A single ladder or a step ladder forms an angle of approximately 75 degrees with the ground.

2. After extending the ladder, maintain a certain overlap distance for the overlapping part. For ladders shorter than 8 meters, the overlap distance should be more than 75 centimeters, and for ladders longer than 8 meters, the overlap distance should be more than 110 centimeters.

3. When using an elevator, hold the handrail firmly with one hand and the rope with the other. The palm of the hand must not be placed on the steps of the ladder, or there may be a risk of getting your fingers stuck when using the elevator.

4. Adjust the ladder to the appropriate height, ensure that the lifting clamps are securely holding the steps, then press out the fixed block at the bottom of the ladder to unlock it. After that, secure the lifting rope, open the ladder to the appropriate width, and use it. When lifting or lowering, do so gently.

5. To lower the ladder, gather the sides closer together, untie the fixed rope, and raise the ladder slightly to disengage the clamps from the steps. Then slowly lower the ladder. If it doesn't lower smoothly, hold the rope with one hand and gently rock the ladder back and forth with the other hand until it lowers smoothly.

6. For human-type hoist lifts and hoist platforms, only two people should operate them. When hoisting, both people should hold the ropes simultaneously and lift and lower gently. For lifts over 6 meters, at least two more people should assist to prevent the risk of the ladder's center of gravity shifting due to unequal force on both sides, which could lead to the ladder tipping to one side.

7. When the lift platform rises or moves, no one is allowed to stand on the platform.

8. The platform has two movable and adjustable fixed devices on both sides. When moving, collect them, and when lifting and working, open them to the appropriate width and lock them to serve as a fixed function.

The bottom of the lift platform is equipped with lockable swivel casters that can be locked when in use and unlocked to freely move when needed.
